Set up a workspace
Sign in, select your company workspace, add the assets you have permission to use and describe the work.
Connect only what you need
For YouTube, go to Settings → Social accounts and complete Google authorization. Sign-in alone does not connect a channel.
Review, then confirm
Go to Workbench → Social publishing, select saved work and assets, check the channel and video options, then confirm the plan.
Google access has a purpose.
You decide whether to connect. This public website does not request Google authorization.
A few useful details.
Do I need to install a desktop application?
The current Cevan release is web first. Contact us for the configured workspace address and access instructions. This website does not distribute an installer.
Does connecting YouTube publish anything automatically?
A connection alone does not authorize publishing. Select a task, channel and video, review the options, then explicitly confirm the publishing plan or schedule.
How can I revoke access or delete stored data?
Disconnect the account in Cevan, revoke the Google grant in your Google Account, and contact help@cevanlabs.cn if you want stored records removed. These actions have different effects. View the instructions.
