Service and operator
Cevan Agent is provided by Anshitong (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. (安什通（上海）贸易有限公司). These terms govern use of Cevan accounts, workspaces, creative tools and enabled connections. An agreed company contract or order may specify additional service and pricing terms. Contact help@cevanlabs.cn.
Account and authority
Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and act only for companies and connected accounts you are authorized to manage. Company administrators must maintain appropriate member permissions. Cevan is intended for business users and authorized organization members. Account sign-in does not grant access to a mailbox or a YouTube channel.
Content and permitted use
You retain your rights in content you lawfully submit. You permit Cevan to receive, store, process and present it only as needed for your requested service. Ensure that product information, trademarks, photographs, likenesses, voices and videos have the rights needed for the intended use.
Do not submit payroll, tax records, financial statements, payment credentials or third-party passwords to the business workspace. Do not use Cevan for fraud, unlawful content, harassment, rights infringement or bypassing access controls. Review generated content for accuracy and suitability before using or publishing it.
YouTube and connected platforms
Cevan uses YouTube API Services. By using Cevan’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy also applies to Google services. Other connected platforms have their own terms and policies.
You choose the channel, selected video, title, description, visibility and supported disclosure settings, then expressly confirm publishing or scheduling. Connecting an account does not itself approve a post. You are responsible for having authority over the account and rights in the content.
Availability depends on deployment, platform review, quotas, account qualification and media requirements. An upload receipt, non-public completion and public publication are different states. A Cevan disconnect does not necessarily cancel a request already received by the platform and does not delete published content.
AI results and service availability
Generated text, images and video may contain errors and may require editing or rights review. Verify material claims, product details and permissions before commercial use. Cevan does not promise particular sales, audience reach, platform approval or search rankings.
Services may change or be interrupted by maintenance, security needs, platform changes or outages. Material changes to agreed paid services are handled under the applicable agreement and mandatory law.
Fees and termination
Any fees, limits, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the order or company agreement you confirm. This public website does not collect payment or create a subscription.
You may stop using the service and ask for account closure or deletion. Shared company records, legal retention and backups are handled according to applicable permissions and requirements. See Data deletion. We may restrict misuse or security threats in accordance with applicable law and agreements.
Privacy and contact
We process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Requests concerning service, privacy, agreements or account closure should be sent to help@cevanlabs.cn.
These terms apply subject to mandatory consumer and data protection laws. Disputes may first be raised with the operator; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court under applicable law. The operator’s existing service terms use the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with any applicable mandatory protections preserved. Material updates will be notified as required.
